1. Introduction

The Noble General Data Security Compliance (NGDSC) serves as a compliance designed to uphold the highest standards of integrity, security, and privacy for customers and users. Grounded in foundational principles such as Honesty, Autonomy, Privacy, Anonymity, Freedom, Integrity, and Security, the NGDSC is dedicated to fostering a trustworthy environment in which user information is both respected and safeguarded.

By strictly adhering to policies such as the No-Logging Policy, Zero-Knowledge Policy, Transparency Policy, and an Anti-Government Stance, the NGDSC ensures that user activities are neither recorded nor stored unnecessarily, and that user data remains inaccessible to our organization. Our commitment to transparency guarantees that users are well-informed about our practices and policies.

The NGDSC remains resolute in its mission and foundational principles, with potential revisions limited to wording adjustments or the incorporation of new elements as necessary. We invite you to trust in this compliance as a pathway to achieving optimal security and privacy for all stakeholders.

While adherence to the NGDSC is encouraged, it is not mandatory to implement every aspect in its entirety. You are welcome to adjust the compliance to suit your specific preferences or circumstances. However, we recommend striving to incorporate as many elements as possible. For instance, if the implementation of the Zero-Knowledge Policy is not feasible due to significant constraints, it may be temporarily set aside. In the interim, focus on integrating all other applicable aspects to enhance your data security and privacy practices.

2. Principles

The Noble General Data Security Compliance (NGDSC) primarily adheres to the HAPAFIS principles—Honesty, Autonomy, Privacy, Anonymity, Freedom, Integrity, and Security to uphold its values and ensure absolute compliance.

2.1 Honesty

The organization must prioritize honesty and transparency in its operations, ensuring that users are fully informed about the services offered and the mechanisms in place. This commitment to clear communication is essential for fostering trust and confidence among users.

2.2 Autonomy

The organization must uphold the principle that user information shall never be sold, shared, or collected without explicit prior consent or knowledge. Users must retain the right to control their own data, and this autonomy must be respected.

2.3 Privacy

The organization must commit to privacy by collecting only the information that is essential for providing its services. Proactive measures must be taken to protect user privacy, ensuring that personal data is handled with the utmost care.

2.4. Anonymity

The organization must strive to anonymize any data collected whenever possible, ensuring that individual identities remain protected. This commitment to anonymity is crucial for enhancing user trust and security.

2.5. Freedom

The organization must envision an internet where democracy prevails, and all data is treated with equal respect. It must advocate for a digital landscape that empowers users and safeguards their rights.

2.6. Integrity

The organization must steadfastly uphold its core principles, regardless of external pressures or challenges. Integrity must serve as the foundation of its operations and the trust established with users.

2.7. Security

The organization must continuously enhance its security measures to ensure the complete safety of its users, in addition to safeguarding privacy. A proactive approach to security is essential for mitigating risks and protecting user data.

3. Adherence

  • No-Logging Policy: We strictly adhere to a no-logging policy, ensuring that no unnecessary user activity is recorded or stored.
  • Zero-Knowledge Policy: We operate on a zero-knowledge basis, meaning that we do not have access to or knowledge of our user's data.
  • Transparency Policy: We maintain a transparent approach to our operations, providing clear and accessible information about our practices and policies to our users.
  • Anti-Government Stand: We strictly oppose the government due to their unlawful and deceptive actions. Please note that while we will continue to abide by the law, we will actively challenge any actions we consider unlawful, misconduct, wrongful and deceptive.
  • GDPR Policy: While adhering to all the other aspects, the NGDSC also aligns with the GDPR policy.
